COLPEX offers different logistic services to the local fishing industry through its port terminal in Chimbote:
Ground Transport Services
We provide ground transport services along the Peruvian coast with our fleet of six tank trucks that are exclusive used for crude fish oil. All our vehicles are equipped and monitored with a GPS system to guarantee the cargo’s traceability and safety
Storage Service
Our port terminal has a 16,000MT storage capacity, distributed between nine tanks with individual capacities ranging from 1,500MT to 2,500MT. COLPEX facilities are exclusively used for fish oils.
Bulk Shipment Service
Our port terminal also has a privately-operated multi-buoy berth and a 2,000-meter-long underwater pipeline, located in the Chimbote bay, for the bulk loading and unloading of crude fish oil.
